Expenses, receipts, budgets and wishlists — private by design.
For iPhone and Android
No account, no ads, no tracking. Your finances stay on your phone.
Only on your phone. Chekly has no accounts and no servers that hold your finances. On iPhone you can turn on iCloud sync — then your data is also kept in your private iCloud, which only you can access.

Yes. New subscribers can try Chekly Pro free for 7 days. You can cancel anytime during the trial and you won't be charged — on iPhone, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
The free version of Chekly keeps working without a subscription.
iPhone: make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy Pro, open the Pro screen in Chekly and tap Restore Purchases.
Android: make sure Google Play uses the same Google account you used to buy Pro. Chekly restores the purchase automatically; you can also open the Pro screen and tap Restore Purchases.
Purchases made in the App Store and in Google Play are separate and do not move between iPhone and Android.
iPhone: open the Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → Chekly → Cancel Subscription.
Android: open Google Play → tap your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Chekly → Cancel subscription.
Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. After you cancel, Pro keeps working until the end of the paid period.
From iPhone to iPhone: turn on iCloud sync in Chekly settings, then sign in with the same Apple ID on the new iPhone and install Chekly — your data will appear automatically.
Any phone, including between iPhone and Android: in Chekly settings choose Create backup and save the file (Files, iCloud Drive, Google Drive, or send it to yourself). On the new phone, install Chekly and open the file or choose Restore from backup. The backup includes accounts, categories, transactions, budgets, receipt photos and access to your wishlists.
Yes. Download a statement from your bank (or an export from another expense app) as a CSV file, then in Chekly settings choose Import. Chekly recognises columns in many languages and formats and shows a preview before anything is added.
iPhone: Chekly works with the Shortcuts app. A personal automation can add a payment each time you pay with Apple Pay, or when a bank SMS arrives. Step-by-step instructions are in Chekly settings under automatic import.
Android: allow Chekly to read notifications. It reads only notifications from supported banking apps and processes them on your phone — the text is never sent anywhere.
monobank: connect your personal monobank token, and Chekly will download your transactions directly from monobank.
When adding an expense, take a photo of the receipt, choose a file (PDF or image), or paste a link to an electronic receipt (for example the QR link of a Ukrainian fiscal receipt, Checkbox or Vchasno.Kasa). Chekly reads the total, the date and the items on your phone. Ukrainian fiscal receipts can be checked with the State Tax Service to get the full official list of items.
Create a wishlist in Chekly and add gifts — paste a link to a product and Chekly fills in the name, photo and price. Then tap Share and send the link to friends.
Friends open the link in any browser — no app or account needed. To pick a gift they tap I’ll get this and enter their name, so others see that it’s already taken. You, as the owner, don’t see who reserved what, so the surprise is kept. A friend can cancel their reservation from the same browser.
You can edit or delete a wishlist at any time. Deleting it removes it for everyone.
Delete transactions in the app, or delete the app to remove everything from your phone. To remove iCloud data, open the Settings app → your name → iCloud → manage storage → Chekly. Delete wishlists in the app. To delete a support message you sent, write to us through the form below.
